Thomas J. Tyrrell graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science, was employed as an Engineer for Grumman Aerospace Corporation. Thomas furthered his education and graduated from Adelphi University with a MBA in Accounting. He graduated from TOURO Law School with a Juris Doctor degree and became a member of the New York State Bar and Connecticut Bar. Thomas was employed by the United States Treasury Department as an Estate Tax Attorney, before being employed as a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. Thomas was later assigned to the white collar crime unit investigating and prosecuting white collar criminals. In 1994, Thomas J. Tyrrell and Thomas F. Quinn started the law firm of Quinn & Tyrrell.
